Development & Planning
If plans or a design has not yet been prepared, we consult with our network of architects and planners to define what is permissible for construction.
Coordinating and collaborating with key parties, we propose solutions to maximise the use of your block.
Documentation
If required, we work in open dialogue with consultants and engineers to prepare detailed plans and specifications. The appropriate technical drawings, architectural drawings and construction documents will be completed to capture these details with clarity.
This documentation is discussed and reviewed to ensure that your vision and our work is aligned. These plans are then submitted to council for approval.
Prior to construction, we compile all necessary information, including a contract agreement to commence works on site. A clear program is supplied to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the project duration and key milestones.
Execution
We make arrangements for site establishment and coordinate contractors, materials and labour required for the project. We’ll take care of supervising and coordinating each trade, organising deliveries and meeting strict workplace health and safety requirements while quality-assuring the entire project.
